What we collect

When you contact us we receive what you choose to send: your message, contact details and any screenshots or documents about your case. This website itself does not require accounts and does not collect personal data through forms.

How we use it

Case information is used for one purpose: assessing and running your case. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for marketing, or use your documents for anything beyond the appeal process they were provided for.

Documents and identity

Some Meta processes require identity documents. We ask for them only when the official process needs them, we submit them only to Meta's official channels, and we delete our copies when the case closes, on request immediately.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. No advertising trackers, no data brokers.

Questions or deletion requests

Write to us through the contact page and we will answer within a few business days.
