01Free case review
Send us screenshots of the ban screen and tell us how the number was used. We tell you honestly what the screen means, whether a review is still possible, and what we can and cannot change. Where the only real step is tapping Request review, we say so.
02Diagnosis
WhatsApp bans accounts it believes break its Terms of Service, for example through spam, scams or risks to users’ safety. We work out which pattern your usage resembled: unofficial apps, broadcast and bulk messaging, contacts who never saved your number, links that look like spam, or a compromised number.
03The review request
The review is requested inside the app, one phone number per appeal. We make sure you request it on the right number, at the right time, after anything that would trigger the same flag again has been removed. Contacting WhatsApp through other channels or other accounts does not speed it up, and we will not suggest it.
04Business setup
For businesses, most bans come from how messages are sent rather than what they say. We review opt-in, message volume, templates and the tools in use, and recommend a setup that fits WhatsApp’s rules for business messaging.
05After the decision
If the number is unbanned, we cover what to change first so it stays that way. If the ban is final, we explain honestly what that means for the business. WhatsApp’s Terms of Service say that if your account is disabled you agree not to create another account without WhatsApp’s permission, so we do not suggest workarounds; we help you keep customers informed through your other channels instead.
