What we provide

Said Media Agency provides consulting for account and advertising asset problems on Meta platforms: assessment, evidence preparation and management of appeals through Meta's official channels. We are an independent consultancy, not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

What we do not provide

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services or legal advice. We do not access accounts without authorization, do not use unofficial recovery methods and do not guarantee outcomes. The final decision in every case belongs to Meta.

Case acceptance

We accept cases at our discretion, after a free review. We decline cases where the reported enforcement appears justified, and we may end an engagement if information provided to us turns out to be false.

Fees

Fees are fixed and quoted in writing before work begins. The quote states what is included and what happens in the event of a negative final decision.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the account or asset in question and that the information and documents you provide are truthful. Appeals filed with false information fail and can make things worse; honesty is a working requirement.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement. We are not responsible for decisions made by Meta or for losses arising from platform enforcement itself.
