Can you recover any disabled Instagram account?
No, and we do not try to. We decline cases where the violation appears to have actually happened. We accept cases where the ban looks wrongful: false copyright claims, mistaken impersonation flags, wrongful fraud or safety accusations and similar errors.
How long does Instagram account recovery take?

My appeal was already rejected. Is it over?
Usually not. An automated rejection of a self-filed appeal is often the starting point, not the end. Many case types have further official review stages, and a properly framed resubmission with the right evidence can succeed where the first attempt failed.
